WE AS HUMANS, A QUICK PERSONAL OBSERVATION

We cant argue that there is evolutionary damage of life upon this planet. Why we dominate this world even though physically we are weaker than other animals is because we are more competent and intelligent. When I was young, my memories of going to be beach is sifting through colored stones to bring home, a filipino thing. 

We take. We take. We take. In excess with the sense of entitlement that we own this planet and anything living and breathing is in our way. As i write this, I know even when I am long gone, nothing will change, people will refuse to see, complacent and avoiding. 

Sometimes I wish I stayed in my little bubble of brainwashed reality and illusions. To avoid the mini heart breaks every time I see dogs/ cats in distress, starving and dying and invisible. 

Sometimes I wish I don’t let my mind imagine deplorable conditions and damage being brought into nature by us every second of everyday brought about by excess and the addiction of taking and taking and taking. 

I learn to self regulate, I learned to volume up my inner voice and I tell myself, If I die- nothing will change. A tragic truth so there is no use in torturing my heart . There is a bigger space to hold all of this, I can only hold space for what is within my reach. 

So i ask, maybe as your read this for You, intelligent human beings,  learn to leave things be, to not take that little pink stone from the beach later lost and discarded and forgotten. Enjoy what you see without disrupting. 

To learn to be in balance with nature which is what was intended when we were given this planet is what I hope for, OR, for us to just begin to see.
